First time I have tied this pattern. I'm looking for some tips/pointers and any constructive critisiom from some of the other fly tiers. Thanks in advance.

Nice tie, a bigger fuller collar and head would help.Start the collar back some and you will have more room for a bigger head which will push more water and also give better balance.

You need to stack the hair under the eyes as well, and then finish it by spinning hair in front of the eye. I just ties a few of these myself. This is the video i used to learn it.
