Kids Academy V Fly Donation June 9th 2012

We're a month away from number five! Short notice here but if you have flies sitting around we can use all of the basics, even second hand flies!

Last year club members donated a fly box and around forty flies to every student Cool

We use the flies as part of the entomology station to test them on what type of bug is in the box.

Some students like the flies better than the free rod and reel

You can mail the to me, drop them off at the shop, or bring them the day of the KA, June 9th.

Since I just stocked up on supplies, I can add some of the 'killer soft hackle flies' that I had the privilege to learn from Rob and Ryan.

Also, the SSFFC library will be perused for beginning fly fishing and beginning fly tying books.

Based on the enthusiasm so far and the volunteer efforts, the event should be another winner!

If you're practicing catch and release, what difference does it make for the size of the fish you land.
