Used the tying instructions on Steve Ojai's site but had to modify materials to what was in stock on my bench.

Hook: TMC 5263 or TMC 200R #8-12
Thread: Brown 6/0
Weight: Leadfree wire .30
Antennae: Tan Turkey Biot
Tail: Tan Turkey Biot
Abdomen: Whitlocks SLF Sculpin Golden Brown
Thorax: Same as Abdomen
Head: Same as Abdomen
Rib: Midge Tubing brown
Wingcase: Turkey coated with flexament
Legs: Sili legs Pumpkin

Tail: Magnum Fur Strip
Legs: Sili, Black with Blue Flake
Underwing: Purple Squirrel Tail
Flash: Purple Holo and Blue Flashabou
Overwing: Black Suirrel tail
Collar: Purple Marabou
Connection: 15# Tyger Wire and Red Glass Bead

Front Hook: 3x streamer #4
Skirt: Purple Holo and Blue Flashabou
Legs: Sili, Black with Blue Legs
Boby: Purple Calf Tail
Underwing: Purple Calf Tail
Flash: Purple Holo and Blue Flashabou
Overwing: Black Calf Tail
Eyes: Red or Pearl Colored with marker Real Eyes Plus
Collar: Purple Marabou

Does anyone mind if I remove the rear hook to make it a single hook barbless fly? If so just let me know and I will leave them all on.

Dudes,

I blew it. Thought I had til the 20th, about the time that I realized my mistake, the wife hits me with, "Hey honey... We're moving the business"... So, I've spent the last few nights demolishing a space formerly rented by a head shop and decorated to look, literally, like hell... Flaming stained glass and all.
Tore out the blood red ceramic tile floors tonight. If my hands still work tomorrow, will wrap up the last few bugs, and do my best to get 'em out and delivered by Monday.

If anybody is in need of any kind of baby furniture, bedding, etc. PM me. I know where you can get it cheap right now! ; )
