Trout Thumb Platinum Member Posts: 751 Gender:	Shad outing June 26 (one day) Jun 9^th, 2010, 1:38pm Shad outing with the fresno Boys. Meeting at the American River Saturday the 26th for one day only. We're floating in Pontoons so if you don't have one, lets talk so we can arrange. Some wading opportunities will be available but let's be real - Floating is the bomb! Who's in? Cris

Spoke with Fresno 'woolybuger' fred yesterday and it's on... It's their outing, we're just joining or else I'd gladly delay it a week so Bill can attend...

Anyone interested let me know soon because if you are like me and need help getting prepared (flies, sinking line, don't own a pontoon etc.)

I will be getting a room friday night the 25th in fresno, then following the guys up on saturday morning, so feel free to join.

I'll be tying flies for project healing waters in the motel friday night.

Hey Ya'll, like Cris said everyone is more than welcome to join FFFC for their shad outing on the American RIver.......O and there is also stripers in the system too so if you get tired of hooking just too many shad switch over to stripers....so if any one is up for that bring fast sinking line and big steamers. It will be fun....I can't wait.....

Bump.

I'm booking a motel in Fresno for Friday night and saturday night... Anyone who wants to join let me know.

There will be a guide showing us the ropes and where the fiskys are... 35$ per person get's you in on the action.

I can e.mail a picture of the flys we will be using (from wollybugger 'fresno' freddie) if you have no previous experience with Shad (like myself.)

I'm purchasing some type 6 fast sinking line today, and otherwise I'm set.
