I wanted to publicly thank each and everyone that donated to the Project Healing Waters Donation Drive. Your response will mean so very much to the men and women that are so deserving of all American's support.
I am pleased to report that the monetary support of the SSFFC and individual donations totaled $ 1000.00, as well as an additional $ 2000.00 or so value in rods (Jon your rod is an absolute work of art!), waders, flies, lines, leaders, indicators, etc..
The record keeping of the donations dropped off at the shop was pretty good, but it appears that a few items slipped by without being documented as to who dropped them off. As Pete has so generously donated a bamboo rod blank raffle for those who donated at least $ 50.00 in value, it is very important that I find out who donated what items. Therefore, if you sent items to, or dropped items off at the shop, please email or pm me with information on your donation so I can make sure you are on the raffle list. My email is gfsilveira@charter.net or my Forum pm is CopperDropper.
Thanks again for all the support and efforts. This continues to demonstrate how the members of SSFFC and this Forum stand out far and above the rest of the crowd!

Gary,
Thanks for everything you did for PHW. You did a fantastic job.
I'll get started on the blank as soon as I finish up some other orders. Looking at a 7' two piece blank, probably in a 3-4 weight taper. That's Chris, just like yours

Thanks for the support. I look forward to adding it to our donations and I know that those receiving it will be most appreciative of all.
