Jim, keep up the good work. I can see an improvement from swap to swap. The bugger is very nice! Wink

Here's my recipe for anyone interested.

Purple Fur Strip Clouser:
Hook: TMC 5263 #6
Thread: Black 6/0
Eyes: 1/8" Dazzle Black for skinny water or 3/16 Real Eyes Plus
Tail: Purple Rabbit Strip
Belly: Purple Squirrel Tail
Throat/Gills: Red Holo Flashabou
Flash: Purple Holo Flashabou/ Blue Krystal Flash
Back: Black Squirrel Tail
Head: Purple Holo Flashabou
Epoxy: Pacer 30 min. Z-Poxy

You can't fish this fly wrong. Strip it, dead drift it, swing it, slow retrieve(leech). undecided
