Upper Kern River-The fishing is excellent. The flows are around 300cfs and the water clarity is excellent.Buggers,Kern Emergers, Princes,Olive Hares ears,Olive Caddis pupae, Big Stones 8-10 are very effective.Dry Fly action is turning on in the evening around 8:20pm.Fish  are grabbing indicators during the day.Fish are moving in from the lake.  
Wild Trout Section-Fishing is fair, but getting better.Stones size 8-10 and Tungsten Yellow Sallies working good.    
Lake Isabella- Fishing is good ,Crappie, Bass, and Trout are moving into the river.Stripping buggers seems to be working the best.White Buggers- Lake is dropping .Windy in the afternoons.    
South Fork Kern River Rock House-Golden/Rainbow Hybrids fishing tuff.Hot and Rattlesnakes. Water getting low. Silt
